Very unprofessional I tried calling and emailing documents when I was going through my divorce. Found out through the other party lawyer they had conversations and documents that I didn't get she had. Final decree was sent to address that I didn't live in but had right address and to top it off, decided to quit my case without any reasoning but would not respond to any communication
