ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING The way I was treated by this company, Every time I rang them (8 times in one day without ever been called back when was told they would) was told " with a client" and even lied saying that another solicitors were dealing with probate! I Would of given no stars never mind 1 AVOID THEM you will thank me!
When our usual solicitor let us down unexpectedly, my family and I urgently needed legal support at short notice. We were put in touch to Jane Ashton at Burd Ward Solicitors, who came highly recommended. Despite the time constraints, Jane handled everything promptly and professionally. She was not only extremely helpful, but also warm and approachable throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her services again and would highly recommend her to anyone.
I can't thank enough Burdward they have helped so much to get out of the dark tunnel I was in from start to finish they have been fantastic and they are still going to be their for me.
