We used Burd Ward for the purchase of our first home. As first time buyers, we had no idea about the complexities of buying a house, but Jane Ashton and the team worked very hard, behind the scenes, ensuring that all areas of the sale had been covered. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING The way I was treated by this company, Every time I rang them (8 times in one day without ever been called back when was told they would) was told " with a client" and even lied saying that another solicitors were dealing with probate! I Would of given no stars never mind 1 AVOID THEM you will thank me!
