I attended Burd PT following my rotator cuff and bicep surgery. I cannot say enough good things about BURD and especially Lauren Goodell! She is incredibly smart, caring, and skilled at her job. She went above and beyond when I couldn’t attend in person and allowed me to do virtual visits. I made incredible progress with her guidance. She always had creative ways of modifying my therapy when needed. I will have my other shoulder repaired soon and will certainly go back to Lauren!!
Lauren Goodell has been a miracle worker since my back injury (herniated disc + 2 bulging discs) a few months ago. Progress has been steady and I've gone from crutches to cane to neither over the course of a few months, all thanks to Lauren. Back injuries are slow to heal but I have made progress between every visit under Lauren's guidance. She gives me printouts of each session's exercises and i now have a binder that I refer to multiple times daily. I have been seeing Lauren at Burd for a few months now and I am nothing but impressed with her and their team. I came in to see her with a lot of pain and hesitation for the process. When I walk in the door I'm greeted with a smile. Everyone is friendly! Katie is my therapist, we get along great. She explains to me what each exercise does for my body. I'm feeling so much better now. I've been with Burd PT on and off since 2017 when I had my 1st spine surgery and I wouldn't go anywhere else...
Burd Physical Therapy in Fairport is Outstanding. Specifically, my physical Therapist, Johnna, has been amazing. She’s attentive to my concerns, she’s attentive when I do the exercises and makes adjustments as needed, she’s extremely knowledgeable and educates me as she provides new exercises to push me toward my goals.
