Connie has been doing our taxes for over 25 years,as I might not agree with the outcome ,she is as professional, courteous and straightforward as anyone can be and folks believe me. She's the best .
I've worked with Connie over the last year and have found her to be the ultimate professional. She is an expert on all of the latest tax laws. I have no hesitation when I say that my experience has been a pleasure.
Today I bumped into situation where I never thought I will. While they seem they show care to their customers, just to have more customers file with them, and keep the income going, they bypass legality of the situation. While, I called two times to make sure they do not file any tax forms without my signature, they went ahead and filed both my and my husbands taxes without our signature. I found this company to be very confusing and difficult to work with. I did not receive timely reports without my asking a pushing for them and the advice given was also inferior and conflicting. I left after 9 months and cannot recommend them at all.
Amazing helpful staff. Great prices for the work they help you with. Easy to get a hold of. Great place!!
