I ordered and paid for Fuel oil on Monday. Called Friday. Was told that they came 2 days but my driveway wasn't clear enough. They never called or let me know. Now it is Friday and they won't deliver until next week. I will be out of oil by then. I am will call and they have continously had a significant balance on my account doe years. The person I spoke with could not give me a reason as to why I was not called. I have been a longtime customer of Burchoil. Years ago I had 4 very old heat pumps at the end of their lives. I replaced one per year for 4 years. Bobby from Burchoil explained everything heat pump to me and helped me make informed choices. (Did anyone else know that Burchoil installs and works on heat pumps?) One of the 4 ended up being a lemon (by no fault of Burchoil), and it was a long road to convince the company that makes the heat pumps to replace it. I just wanted to share our amazing experience with Burch today. Over the weekend, we ran out of oil. We are Will call customers which means, my fault, I waited a little too long to place our order. I called first thing this morning and got right through to place our order. The wonderful associate on the other end told me we could be looking at two to four business days but that we would be placed towards the top of the list since we were out.
