Spoke to a Liz who was extremely rude. She raised her voice and was so rude I hung up the phone. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You don't waste someone's time by having them explain over 15 mins worth of details to say "well it's not good enough for us" and raise your voice to a potential client. Extremely unprofessional.
I could have done better myself. Mr. Rodgers was rude and impatient, with an air of arrogance. The first time I spoke with him he yelled at me like a child. He accused me of talking over him. He rambles on so much that you have to cut in. It was as if he did not want to hear what I had to say or thought what I had to say was insignificant. I told him that I was filing based on not being able to maintain employment for 12 months. When we had the hearing, he offered no defense for me. After all the turn downs. Mrs.Burch and Ms. Melanie took on my case 2 1/2 weeks before my hearing. May I say they ARE THE BEST. 2 1/2 weeks My God
