I booked weekly appointments with Burberry a month ahead. About a week beforehand, she calls and says "You were only looking for twice a month, right?" I confirmed that I was NOT, and we had specifically scheduled weekly sessions, for which she signed me up for her "program" with a 20% discount for weekly sessions (so she's now expecting a significant increase in payment per session, and is pushing me into a treatment plan that doesn't meet my needs). I am a retired massage therapist, having 22 years in the field. Michelle has a true healing touch and caring professionalism. Her massage was very well done, she hit the right spots and was very knowledgeable of the body. I highly recommend giving her a try.
I would give 10 stars if I could! Michelle is ah-mazing! Very polite and professional. Always gets me feeling great after beating myself up at the gym or running! She is very knowledgeable and caring Highly recommend!
Michelle is awesome. Saw her two weeks in a row while visiting family in town. Very friendly, very accommodating. She is no prude to address pain issues, listens to the patient complaints and addresses them well. 100% recommend.
