I appreciate my father’s caregiver and that’s the only reason I’m giving an extra star but the rest of the staff was terrible. My dad’s things would go missing even if I had labeled them. Things that I had purchased with my money for him. Then I’d find other resident’s clothing with their names on it among his things. They would take him to a ATM to get money out and I found discrepancies with what he allegedly paid them. They even gave him certain medications without communicating this to me. Don’t put your family members here! Specially if they have severe medical conditions! They’ll end up dying with such poor care! Just like my father did. He was fresh out the hospital, went to physical therapy and he was FINE! The minute he went back to this place he immediately died days after. They don’t care about anyone! They don’t even give them water! Change them or take good care of them at all. DON’T DO IT!

The staff is always great and helpful! Staff is very personable and always do their best to take care of their residents.The Facility is well organized and clean.
