Burbank bus needs to improve its signage and directions at Burbank airport. This service is hard to navigate and use. I walked around in and outside the airport trying to locate the bus stop. I asked 5 airport employees, 2 Police Officers, and 2 security officers. Please update and modernize the signs and directionals for this century. It’s a great service but it’s not easy to find under a parking garage.

Low class and unprofessional bus driver did not pick up people who were waiting at the bus stop this Friday . Otherwise the rest of the week it's fine.

I just took a ride from u. And the driver was disrespectful to me. When I tried to do Apple Pay and the POS didn’t worked out. Is not my fault that your system didn’t worked. Cause I was having money on my tap card. And then he just criticized me just because I was not having any cash. He just was doing awful faces and saying u should bring money or cash. Is not my fault. I just felt so uncomfortable and awkward
