Bad layout and rude staff. When I asked questions I was told a “regular would know the answer” looking over other reviews it is the same staff member being rude to people over the last year.

This place is great, friendly and helpful staff. Plus you can bring your pup !
Decent place, most of the staff were friendly and knowledgable, tho a couple of them seemed a little touchy attitude wise. Sometimes they don’t have what you want in stock so you gotta go somewhere else. Most of my experience at this place was good.
