Well looked after. Friendly staff.
A relaxed and peaceful environment for any resident. My Mum, who is in the advanced stages of dementia, is obviously well cared for. I always feel assured when I visit and sense Mum is in a good place. The staff truly seem to care about her both as a person, as well as her hygiene, dress, and comfort. She's always clean, well dressed, and warm to touch. Very appreciative of the care she's receiving.
