Caring friendly helpful staff. Clean cheerful surroundings. Feels like a resort not a retirement home. I have both my parents here and I am very happy with the care they receive.

Awesome welcoming boutique-style village, comfortable place to enjoy your own independence, in friendship of small community.Park-like grounds create beautiful views and lovely spaces for residents to enjoy outdoors Bupa Te Puke Retirement Village and Care Home, Te Puke N Zealand.

A very welcoming place. A lovely atmosphere. My mother in law is very happy there. All staff are compassionate and caring and thoroughly professional. We are impressed with the hygiene standards and practices. A big thankyou to you all.

Absolutely amazing place. My grandmother was so well cared for. The staff go above and beyond for their residents and the residents family. The facility is always clean and hygiene standards are exceptional. But aswell as it being an amazing facility the care and respect my grandmother and my family was shown in the days leading up to her passing was absolutely exceptional.
