Jade is a great manager at Tararu. She is always open for a catch up and any questions or concerns we have are answered or followed up quickly. My mum has been a resident for 12 months now and was initially a very new and challenging time. Mum loves the garden. A huge planter box was made available so Mum could put her own plants in and tend to them. The location by the water is great and Mum enjoys going out for walks. She enjoys the meals and activities and enjoys the staff.
Both my Father and now my Mother have been cared for at Tararu rest home. The genuine kindness and care of the staff is wonderful to see and we appreciate all you do. Thank you!
My mother is a resident here and I can't recommend bupa Tararu highly enough. The staff are friendly and caring and being here has greatly improved my mother's quality of life.
