Lovely modern retirement living in the Sutherland!
My mum moved into BUPA Sutherland in January 2025. She is 93 and frail but still sharp as a tack so keeps the staff jumping. The staff........fantastic, caring, genuine and friendly.
Who would go there for Respite must be joking a friend of mine went there only a few months ago 97 years of age with full sound mind but needed help Low care.Was left in bed for 2 Hours as could not get to the Toilet in time was told just wait we are busy left for 2 Hours.The food was always cold never Hot and the staff would not heat the meal up.Complaints were put in zip done and the Complaint has been sent to the Health Department.And Bupa have passed to keep running a farce zero Staff being Trained to be able to do the j... read more
