It is always blissful to see your love one but in my most recent visits, I have noticed how unclean the equipments has been for over a month & smelly, seeing loved one has not been cleaned after meals.

If you are looking for a place for your loved one to stay in. We aa a whanau would recommend Bupa Rossendale. From Management to their teams are amazing. Our Mother has been in their care for three years. The food is wonderful and well balanced. The activities are eventful with entertainment and outings being provided for them on a regularly. I would recommend this care home to anyone .very clean the staff are very caring John has settled in very well and is very happy I get reviews of bhis care and photos of some activities he's involved in it's very homely wonderful place to place your loved ones in when it becomes nessessary
