I found the lady I visited in a room that smelled strongly of her faeces..Her mouth was surrounded with dried food which I couldn't wipe as no wipes were available.Also staff were hard to find. I didn't find much compassion there.
Absolutely heartbroken with the care of my mother recently. Food that was unrecognisable with one of her meals she received for dinner was scrambled egg with bread. A room that smelt of urine which was sprayed with air freshener just before she arrived which didn't cover the smell so she was left with the odour. How can this be ethically ok to treat people in this manner who no care at all.
