I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this facility. My grandad sent himself here in his last month of his life and was treated horribly. Left in his mess for hours, left on the toilet and fell off, nurses being rough as guts with him. Would like to note one particular nurse was appalling! After being called in to the room to change him turned his alarm off and stated “I’ll change him later”. We pulled her up and told her he wanted to be changed now.
