I recently visited Bupa Visa Medical in Parramatta and had such a lovely experience. There was a kind Nepali Australian lady at the front who was assisting patients and taking photos. I unfortunately I forgot her name, but she truly stood out. I noticed how beautifully she was communicating with everyon so polite, patient, and welcoming.
