Staff Jihan,Dr.john and other staffs were friendly, helpful, and pleasant throughout my experience. They were approachable, professional, and always willing to assist, making the visit smooth and enjoyable.their positive attitude and excellent customer service are truly appreciated.

I am here for my mum medical and she they take a very long time to finish her all 3 steps, especially medical examination with Doctor. I am health care professional and i understand i take time but not that long. She required interpreter and they don’t allowed me to stay even outside. Upon asking they just say it will take time, nothing really updated. Staff are not friendly and service is worst.
