I came for my medical examination last week, close to closing time, and had a really positive experience. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I didn’t get their names, but both the reception staff at the front and inside, as well as the doctor and nurses, made the whole process feel comfortable and easy.

Just visited today for my medical check for visa. Absolutely amazing experience. Friendly staff, very kind and supportive. Especially Karen who executed my blood test. I’m scared of needles but didn’t even feel a prick. I’m sure other staff are also as good and smooth as Karen. Hopefully this message reaches to Karen :)

The lady who is in the reception is very rude and unwelcoming. I came in with my partner and I was asked to leave in a very insulting way. She was insisting me to go sit in the cafe instead. So professional of her.
