Last week went in to enquire and was told there was vacancy and first comments were we are short staffed. Felt no interest in showing us around waited over 20mins which was fine if they were going to show us around. Then a lady assume was manager came to talk to us asking a couple of questions then once she found out my family member was coming from out of Auckland suddenly told we don't have any vacancy. Been meaning to post time got away from me. My aunt was here for 3 years. It became my second home. I cannot rave enough about the high standards of care attention cleanliness and kindness and love shown towards my aunt and all residents. I say love because you become part of a family. My aunt was shown respect and love at all times till the end from all care givers. Ian and Anthony were running it during my Aunts stay what gems they were.
