Staff are great, but Bupa cuts costs & puts residents & staff at risk. Has had some poor managers. Would not choose this place now.

The staff are awesome and kind and so lovely to my Mum, especially Connie! and we are lucky to have such a special person like Preeti now looking after her in the Dementia ward. They have been so kind to us as a family.

Do not put your family in this “care” Home, staff lie and neglet patients. This has happened where a patient requests help and the staff will walk into their room to turn off the buzzer then walk out. Patients also get given stone cold meals to eat. I could go on about the way my family member has been treated in this place , down right terrible when our Gran parents fort alot for our freedom and they get treated like a burden considering they pay all their pensions to get into a “CARE” Home.
