The staff at Eventhorpe are professional, warm and caring. Their level of communication was outstanding. Dad spent the last 8 days of his life in the care of Eventhorpe (hospital wing). We could not have asked for a more loving experience for our precious dad. ALL the staff from the manager, clinical nurse managers, nurses, healthcare assistants, activities coordinators, property managers, and housekeeping staff showed our entire family kindness and compassion. Eventhorpe Care Home comes highly recommended for their exceptional care and support. The staff treated my mother with much respect, dignity, and compassion, ensuring she felt comfortable and well cared for throughout her short time there. A special thank you to Nisha, the clinical coordinator, whose nursing expertise and knowledge were invaluable, and to Jibeesh, the manager, whose professionalism and warm welcome made us feel truly at ease. We are incredibly grateful to ALL the staff for everything they did.
Dad has come here and we have had nothing but a great experience and feel confident Dad is being looked after. Dad himself says he would recommend Bupa Eventhorpe.
