My father has been at Erin Park for 4 years. The staff at Erin Park have been fantastic in building a strong relationship with my father. They are genuinely focused in providing personal one on one care, showing empathy, engagement, and respect. The staff turn over in the last two years has been low which is so important in building trusted relationships. Over lock down they went out of their way to make the best out of a bad situation. The staff are friendly & caring. My mum has been in there on their hospital side as she needs 24hrs care now. Good meals & visitors can also have meals there, you get the same as them very cheap. As it only cost me $5 to have lunch with my mum. Dessert provided as well. She loves it there as long as she's happy. Not far from Southmall only 10mins by car & 5mins walk to nearest dairy.
