I cannot think of a better place to leave a loved one. They are caring. The staff are just beautiful. I feel so confident and happy when I leave knowing that my cousin will be well looked after The most important thing is that my cousin has a voice. The staff listen and they let him make decisions which is really really important to him and me. I am just so grateful and appreciate all they do. Thank you Bupa Wooville will always be eternally grateful

My mother has just completed her respite stay at Bupa Woodville, and as a family, we honestly cannot thank the team enough for the care, kindness and genuine compassion they showed her. Leaving Mum somewhere for respite was a big step for our family, and naturally there were some nerves and worries. We have recently reestablished our Intergenerational School Visits with BUPA Woodville - each fortnight bringing a class of Year 1 students to visit the residents to sing a song, share some of their school work, read books and engage in conversation. These visits have been beneficial for all involved - the students, school staff and residents. These visits are a highlight on our school calendar. Last week we had a tour and Wow this Home is absolutely fantastic, clean and fresh smelling none of that nursing home smell, all the staff were present with warm smiles and a friendly approachable manner.I found it to be a wonderful relaxed experience, residents generally looked happy and peaceful. When I seen the lunches that was being served, i thought wow this is nothing but 5 star meals, seeing how the Home run during the day was an absolute treat. Recently my mother has been in respite at Bupa Woodville and my family and i have nothing but praise for the staff and facility. She recently celebrated her birthday and the staff supported us to have a small gathering of family and friends. A great afternoon. The room had been decorated by staff and they made sure we had everything we needed. Overall level of care from Salvin and Jas has been amazing.
