Placing a loved one into a facility for care to be provided by others that are not family is a distressing and overwhelming process. I have been fortunate to have had my husband receive a bed at the Bupa Woodville Memory Support Unit. From the beginning of the process where I was making inquiries, admission and respite time I have nothing but praise for all staff at the facility. The worst experience of my life. If you care for someone and then see the consistent issues that happen here, you will be traumatised by the results.
Everyone were quite good however the receptionist wearing glasses was very very rude no matter how many times I went there she has been always disrespectful
