Whenever I go to visit my grandmother, Sal at the front desk is always incredibly kind and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, Sal greets you with a genuine smile and a friendly attitude that immediately makes you feel comfortable. She is always helpful, patient, and happy to assist with anything needed, which makes each visit a really positive experience. It’s clear that Sal genuinely cares about the people who come through the door, and that level of warmth and professionalism truly makes a difference.
I am very happy with the level of care my mum is receiving at Bupa Wodonga. The facility is clean and spacious with lovely gardens and engaging activities. The meals are excellent. All staff, from reception to RNs to carers are caring, compassionate and proactive with excellent communication skills. They keep me up to date with any progress or changes with mum. I have peace of mind knowing she is being so well cared for.
Bupa Wodonga is just a delightful place for all the dear residents, including my darling Mum who has been here for 13 years. Can' t fault anything here. Wonderful staff & carers alike. So grateful for a placement here! We'll done Jaquie. Love everything at Bupa.
