Engaged, smiling, helpful staff, well maintained facility. I don't know how I could achieve a meaningful improvement with a 50% budget increase.

I would like to sincerely thank Muskanpreet (I may not have the spelling exactly right) for her outstanding care. During my visit, she was warmly chatting with my mother, which reassured me that she is in safe and caring hands. Her professionalism, empathy, and friendly nature create a supportive environment, and my mother truly enjoys her company. I also appreciate Jaqui for having such wonderful staff and managing the home so well. Thank you to all the staff at Bupa Wodonga for your great work.

Mum has been at Bupa Wodonga for 5 years. Early on there were a few issues but that was during Covid. The current Management do an excellent job and keep you well informed. The nursing staff, carers and well-being staff are fantastic. The food is great and Mum is very happy.

Whenever I go to visit my grandmother, Sal at the front desk is always incredibly kind and welcoming. From the moment you walk in, Sal greets you with a genuine smile and a friendly attitude that immediately makes you feel comfortable. She is always helpful, patient, and happy to assist with anything needed, which makes each visit a really positive experience. It’s clear that Sal genuinely cares about the people who come through the door, and that level of warmth and professionalism truly makes a difference.
