Amazing facility. Caring, friendly staff and fantastic food for residents
After an impressive initial meeting, efforts over the following fortnight were frustrated (5-6 occasions) by a switchboard message saying, in effect "too busy to take your call, ring back later". Wow, at least employ a person to handle calls and ring your (potential) clients back.
GM Mary and her team look after my parents very well and they make sure that my parents needs and requirements are met. They consult with me when there's an issue and make sure that the issue is addressed and resolved.
My mum moved into Bupa Willoughby in June this year. We have been made to feel very welcome and are very happy. Hisham has helped to make mums room homely, Izabel has a wonderful lifestyle program - mum loves the outing, Deepesh is always helpful and the nurses and carers look after mum very well. All the staff are friendly and always have a smile on their face and a happy greeting for mum and our family.
