Couldn’t fault the place, they communicate well and follow up issues promptly. The place is welcoming and friendly when you walk in everyone greets you and there is always something fun happening. The activities are well organised and special events are very detailed. My loved one is never in their room when we visit, this in itself is a huge positive for us!

A great big shoutout to all the amazing staff that work at Bupa Waratah for the exceptional service they provide to the residents and our mother this is the most beautiful amazing place we could not be more grateful for the service you all provide and we highly recommend this facility to everyone who is looking or needing care for their loved ones 🫶🤗

Excellent overall. I did a tour with Allison to discuss hopefully transitioning my father into permanent aged care and Allison was fantastic. Very kind and warm manner and excellent presentation overall.

Staff are easy to approach and to work along side, Rob is one of the best maintenance guys I've worked with and has a good relationship with the residents in the home.
