Bupa Tugun have gone above and beyond for our Mum and her care needs. From the very first visit the staff showed a high level of experience and professionalism along with excellent care and an understanding of each individual situation. We felt completely at ease and knew our Mum was being treated with respect and that her days at Tugun were safe, meaningful, positive and happy. So grateful for Bupa Tugun.

I cannot recommend this facility under any circumstances. While the physical environment is appealing, the staff's lack of communication and genuine care is unacceptable. My father was accepted for a trial to assess his adjustment to living in the village. However, after his acceptance, he was admitted to the hospital, necessitating a redo of his contract. While we dealt with his situation at the hospital, his care level unexpectedly escalated, requiring a memory support unit that we hadn't initially arranged. Consequently, ... read more

My mother was placed in a MSU room totally unnecessary when her medical files did not indicate the need - a shocking experience. Mum was charged around $100/ week for ‘Sapphire services’ that were totally not delivered, a price gouging opportunistic grab by management. Her allocated doctor was never available and most negligent ! Staff on the wards/rooms were extremely kind and caring; second to none and we were thankful for this.
