I cannot recommend this facility under any circumstances. While the physical environment is appealing, the staff's lack of communication and genuine care is unacceptable. My father was accepted for a trial to assess his adjustment to living in the village. However, after his acceptance, he was admitted to the hospital, necessitating a redo of his contract. My mother was placed in a MSU room totally unnecessary when her medical files did not indicate the need - a shocking experience. Mum was charged around $100/ week for ‘Sapphire services’ that were totally not delivered, a price gouging opportunistic grab by management. Her allocated doctor was never available and most negligent ! Staff on the wards/rooms were extremely kind and caring; second to none and we were thankful for this. Bupa Tugan cared for my father for 7 years and we as a family really appreciated it. The staff in the DSU level were fantastic and any issues raised were dealt with promptly. Thank you to Varsh and team for all your hard work 🙏
