Everybody's so friendly and helpful then staff always there when you need them
Very helpful. Lots of information, answer all questions, even some we didn’t think to ask. Proved clear cost information with various options available. Clean premises, lots happening for residents, nice menu, good size rooms.
Lovely modern facility, with caring and attentive staff.
We have had to place my 88 year old mother in law into 24 hour care, after some health battles. Sash who helped me to make this happen so quickly, was just so helpful, caring, and understanding of our needs. He also, lifted the stress from my shoulders after speaking and meeting with him. And so far, the whole team at the facility are just wonderful, respectful, caring people. Bupa Traralgon is a beautiful facility.

Personel are switched on, listen and work with you to accomodate you proficiently. The managerial level along with the support of associated staff is exceptional and look towards every aspect of care, given this comes from the heart.
