We currently have our Mum in at Bupa Barrabool and we love it. Mum first came in for respite care for 2 weeks and decided to go back permanently. The warmth you feel when you enter is nothing like we experienced when touring other providers. The staff are welcoming and always have a smile. We get updates about Mum all the time. Very happy we choose this place to be mum's new home
