Staff are very caring, friendly and respectful, and the management team is also very approachable, responsive & supportive of our requests regarding Mum’s needs. I take comfort knowing that Mum is well looked after at Bupa Templestowe.

On behalf of my mother, I’m so pleased with the care she received at BUPA Templestowe during her short stay in respite. From the moment we walked into the modern facility, we were impressed – it feels more like a hotel for the aged than a care facility. The customer service staff were outstanding and professional, making us feel truly supported. My Nanna and Pa-Pa live at Templestowe Bupa and they love the staff, care and all the activities they get to be involved in. My Nanna especially loves all the people she gets to talk too and she loves the art and crafts, bingo and the bus trips. When she lived at home she felt so isolated and now she loves life and doesn't have to do any cooking or cleaning. She just relaxes and enjoys all the entertainment that they have at Bupa. We couldn't be happier with having them at Bupa Templestowe.
