BUPA Tamworth has cared for mum, dad and Aunty Yvonne over the last 18+ years. When mum and dad entered BUPA, they were the ONLY aged care facility in our area that allowed them to share a bedroom. Mum and dad had been married for over 60 years and this was a very important reason as to why we chose BUPA. Mum and dad were actively involved in day to day activities and with family. The overall experience for a family member at Bupa Aged Care has been fabulous. The facilities, staff, care and management have been outstanding. The care and commitment to the residents and family members is to be congratulated.

My dad was a resident here for many years while struggling with dementia. Even when his behaviour was at it’s worst the staff treated him with kindness and respect. Everyone from managers, nurses, AINs, food services and cleaning staff were lovely! Dad passed a few days ago and I can’t even describe how empathetic and caring Nividia and the AINs were!
