Have recently started visiting a friend who has moved into Bupa. I visit another aged care facility in town, is absolutely nothing like Bupa. I couldn’t help but notice how welcoming Bupa is. Very clean, no odours. Reception, every staff member took the time to say hello, even kindly offered me lunch and a cup of tea. Katie made time to have a chat listened to my concerns knowing how busy she is. The atmosphere is warm, caring and positive. BUBA Aged Care have been attentive, involved and responsive to our specific needs from the initial contact to transferring our mum from the hospital, to respite care and finally long term care. BUPA Tamworth has cared for mum, dad and Aunty Yvonne over the last 18+ years. When mum and dad entered BUPA, they were the ONLY aged care facility in our area that allowed them to share a bedroom.
