Bupa aged care Home has been through alot of changes in the past with countless General Manager changes couldn't keep up with the load administration/ paperwork as general manager. the New General Manager 'Katie' has saved this nursing home for the better and professionally i have never seen any resident unhappy since she has taken over as General Manager. the Nurses', Nursing Assistant, other staff are very highly trained, they are beautiful & kind hearted, caring people. there is new nursing staff at the nursing home have ... read more

My mum went into Bupa Tamworth in November 2024 and Dad in February 2025. They were there 'til their passing in 2026. We found the BUPA Staff to be great. They showed kindness to our parents and made an effort to ensure that they were as comfortable as possible. They sort to make their time interesting with games, activities, excursions and other interactions. The Bupa team exceeded expectations in care and professionalism. Staff are happy and dedicated which creates a great environment and community for residents. Very glad we chose Bupa Tamworth.

I just want to give a big thankyou to the lovely nurses and especially Bron she is fantastic, In the Burnside Memory Unit Really caring for my father, and going above and beyond for his care and looking after him and treating him like any other individual. My mum and me are very grateful 😊

Have recently started visiting a friend who has moved into Bupa. I visit another aged care facility in town, is absolutely nothing like Bupa. I couldn’t help but notice how welcoming Bupa is. Very clean, no odours. Reception, every staff member took the time to say hello, even kindly offered me lunch and a cup of tea. Katie made time to have a chat listened to my concerns knowing how busy she is. The atmosphere is warm, caring and positive.
