My mother has been a resident at Bupa Sutherland for 5 years now right at the start of the pandemic. I can't speak more highly of the care she has been given especially during the trying times that followed. The staff are always friendly and keep us informed of any issues with mum and are most patient with her when providing care. The carers are amazing and with the consistent staffing in each community the residents and families can build a really good rapport which helps all round. Mum has been in the Home for 18 months. Although she has mobility issues, she enjoys being part of the community. She is well cared for and enjoys the meals. The staff are friendly (many long term) and have genuine care for residents.
I am a resident at Bupa Sutherland for almost 2 years now and I love being here. I love the attention I get the most and the company itself. The activities are beautiful specially the morning exercises keep me active throughout the day.
