I am so happy with the level of care and attention my parents are receiving at BUPA Sutherland. Immaculate inside and outside this is a wonderful facility full of love and kindness. One example is my mother’s 89th birthday …. I took my family to visit mum and asked could I have a table in the courtyard …. Not only did they do this but they had balloons and signage which made mum feel very special …. Choosing a care facility for a loved one is an important decision for the family. I was fortunate to have a daughter providing emergency healthcare who visited many aged care facilities and was able to provide some guidance regarding which homes to tour and which to avoid.
