Very friendly please to be. All staff are working hard to make this place to be like home for all residents. I highly recommend this place!
Mum loved her time at Bupa Sutherland and called it home. The staff are very caring and always available. The medical staff provided for all her needs. Mum enjoyed the morning and afternoon activities and the personal service included a beautician and hairdresser which made her feel special. We would recommend Bupa Sutherland to any family.
I would like to say that Bupa Sutherland Aged Care offers exceptional care to all residents. The lush green surrounds makes it inviting and peaceful. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone considering moving their loved one into an Aged Care facility.
I visit Bupa Sutherland regularly for work- and I can honestly say it's my favourite care home to visit. The staff are exceptional and know all of their residents well. It's a great mix of friendly warmth and excellent clinical care.
