I would like to share my sincere gratitude to everyone at Bupa Seaforth Aged Care . I especially want to thank Rajan Bista ( customer service consultant) Great staff have come and gone over the past two years, however Rajan has been the rock that this centre needs most . At Seaforth Bupa, there are some people who are worthy Of a mention for their excellent attention, Damien our new GM Simran for outstanding service and Hazel for her efficiency and willingness particularly for people wanting initial tours and Minji The R.N.
I am very happy here with excellent care. I find staff & management helpful & considerate at all times. I came to Bupa Seaforth on respite and became permanent resident and been here almost 5 years.
For those looking for residential respite I would suggest looking elsewhere. Bupa Seaforth is a lovely building with great facilities, but unfortunately it appeared more of a business than a care facility. When I called to enquire on short term care for my elderly mother with dementia, I was over the moon to be informed there may be a spot for her in 3 days subject to an assessment. My client’s partner and I (home carer) were very thankful for all staff members in Bupa Seaforth!! Everyone was so kind and caring, and good service with lovely smile. We would love to recommend everyone who needs to get some supports to join here. Thank you so much again:)
