My mum lives there now, a week of adjustment and she is so happy living there, great staff that are all nice people, plenty of updates on health status and its nice knowing that my mum is happy, healthy, safe and being well looked after.
Disappointed with communication with Management and Nursing. I had to ask multiple times, then email, phone multiple times to have a doctor to assess my friends pain. Carers lack experience and don't always understand instructions. Frustrating and negligent.
