Disappointed with communication with Management and Nursing. I had to ask multiple times, then email, phone multiple times to have a doctor to assess my friends pain. Carers lack experience and don't always understand instructions. Frustrating and negligent.
We recently held a small wedding ceremony for my grandpa at this aged care facility, and the experience was wonderful. The staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make the day special, while the clean, well-maintained facilities provided a comfortable and dignified setting. We’re truly grateful for the team’s support in creating such a memorable and heartfelt occasion.
My elderly mother entered the doors of Bupa Seaforth more than 3 years ago and up until her passing this week, continually questioned herself as to "why" she had postponed the discission to move from her home of 65 years for so long. Bupa's exemplary attention to detail was always obvious and constant. Not only for those under their care but for family members outside. If I had the opportunity to place my mother in the care of Bupa Seaforth again I would do it in a heartbeat.
