Our family is incredibly grateful for the care shown to our Grandma Dean at Bupa Retirement Village in Toowoomba. Every visit, we are met with kindness, respect, and genuine compassion from all staff. The team is always polite, understanding, and willing to help, creating a warm and supportive environment for both residents and families. It gives us great peace of mind knowing she is so well cared for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and professional retirement community.
Wonderful friendly and efficient staff and nurses. Many activities to enrich the quality of life of the residents. Fantastic food. Definitely a top star aged care facility.
My grandparents have just moved in here. They both love the food and activities and the whole place has a great vibe. My nan told me to give BUPA top stars in my review. Very please they have ended up here. As a visitor I feel welcomed and at ease.
