All staff are friendly, caring and patient. My mother is very happy at Bupa Rangeville and all my family feels confident she is being cared for properly.
BUPA Rangeville provides a wonderful environment for the elderly. The staff are all very supportive and the facilities and level of care are excellent.
Very lovely place, staff are wonderful, everyone has been very welcoming. Meals are too be desired however... but all in all a wonderful facility.
Bad experience working here, facility is amazing just the care staff are bad they speak their lingo and just rude and nasty..
The staff have been absolutely amazing. Super friendly from the moment you walk through the door. They also have so many great social activities and really try and find out what activities are a good fit for the residents.
