My dad was a resident at Bupa Pottsville Nursing Home for four years, in the high‑care dementia Crystal Wing. Over that time we watched his decline from Alzheimer’s, and the staff gently guided us through every stage with compassion and honesty. My brother and I always felt reassured knowing Dad’s daily needs were met.
