All very friendly to begin with but after meeting me they then ghosted me for no reason. Could not be bothered to answer my calls or emails. But glad they did now as I’ve heard so many horrible stories about the place since. If u need an aged care home for respite or permanent. Please save yourself or your loved ones and look elsewhere.

Staff are friendly. Lovely decor
This Facility needs a make over painting throughout Staff all from the top down to all Nursing / Carers need to be let go or re trained., Clearly there is something wrong no one looks Happy Shame Shame Shame Before you say go talk to The Top protocol has been followed ( they don’t want to know ) yet the losers in all this are the residents Please don’t put your loved ones here
