My name is Jill and I came to Bupa under a very dark cloud. Both mentally and physically. Because of the staff and all the their training, I no longer have that cloud over me. Excellent service
The most appalling admission process to this facility. No transparency from the clinical team. If they are so secretive about their decisions and admission process how safe can it be for any resident living there? An enquiry to the General Manager proved fruitless. Clearly they are quite adept at covering something up. Very disappointed and concerned.
