We recently had an interaction with Bupa’s receptionist Jo during a tour that I found quite disappointing. Unfortunately, the communication came across as self-righteous and dismissive, which made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I love being part of the knitting group and playing bingo. The meals here are really nice. The staff are so fantastic and very caring. I really enjoy living here.
Absolutely incredible service and the most responsive friendly staff.. my grandma is very content and happy in this facility.
