I’d like to say that here at BUPA Merrimac is a well run organisation. All the staff are so caring and courteous. It’s a pleasure to live here.
The staff are great, the home is clean and I feel safe at Bupa merrimac. I really enjoy our walking groups and the food!
I've been living at Bupa Merrimac for 2 years, I have found the staff absolutely fantastic. They look after us well. I have found the conditions of the home to be nice and friendly. We get 3 meals a day and have lots of activities happening.
My Mum recently had a two month stay at Bupa Merrimac, it was an incredibly emotional and challenging time for our family, however the team at Bupa Merrimac could not have been more responsive, caring and supportive. Whilst the living arrangement has not worked out due to my Mum's particular situation, my family could not be more grateful to Carol and Lorraine and the entire team who helped us in this transitional time. My mother has recently been diagnosed with early onset alzheimers . We were lucky enough to get her into Bupa Merrimac for respite . Mum has settled well and all her care staff have been fantastic so much so that she has decided to stay .Carol has put our minds at ease and jane is another special mention. Thankyou Bupa Merrimac
