My dad became a resident at Merrimac Bupa in September this year. It was a very emotional time for him and the family to transition from his home to permanent care. However, I have to say that the support and assistance that we have received from the staff has been wonderful and I am extremely grateful for the ongoing support and care that dad receives. My mum has been at Bupa Merrimac for 2 and a half years, and the care has been great. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and always go the extra mile to make residents feel comfortable and respected. The facilities are clean and welcoming, and there are plenty of activities that keep everyone engaged and happy. We are grateful for the peace of mind this home provides — thank you to the whole team!
