I have found that all the staff are so accommodating ,nothing is to much trouble ,they are all wonderful they treat my mother like she is there mother ,so caring it is very reassuring to know that she is so well cared for and I can then pass that message to family members that are unable to visit
This is a great place because everyone there is knowledgeable about being kind to everyone and I recommend taking your old parents there
Went to look around on Friday, Tracy escort through the home, very nice layout for the residents. Tracy was extremely helpful. I think my Uncle & Aunty will have wonderful care there. Cheers Jim Swift
Mum enjoyed her 28 days respite here at bupa and we are all glad that she met other members/people to mingled with. We want to thank everyone who help her while she is at the care of Bupa. The Staffs are wonderful and the people around her. The environment is also lovely and peaceful. Thank you to everyone for looking after mum. Appreciate all of you. Your a legend.
