I would like to thank Bupa Greensborough for the 2.5 yrs of care given to my late husband. I always felt reassured that he was in the best of hands and this was confirmed in the frequent visits that I made to the Dementia wing where he lived. The staff were exemplary and he never felt a cross word. He was kept clean and had given plenty of food. I had to handle his increasing waist line! Our family has been incredibly grateful for the care and support provided by BUPA Aged Care Greensborough where my father resides. From the very beginning, the staff have shown genuine compassion, professionalism, and respect; not only toward my father but to our entire family. I have a family member currently living at Bupa Greensborough and to be honest it feels like a second home. The team at Bupa are friendly, caring and patient. The lines of communication with family are always open - from the office staff to the special nurses and carers, nothing is too much trouble. Anu and her team are professional, attentive and compassionate. Highly recommended.

I have had to use Bupa Greensborough for Respite care for my dad in 2022 and most recently for my mum. Though mum's stay was short nothing had changed in the facilities and staff's care and support. During mums stay the staff always displayed professionalism, care and total support. I would recommend Bupa Greensborough to anyone seeking permanent or respite care for someone they love.

The transition for Mum into permanent care after living independently in the family home for seventy years has been filled with extreme emotion for her. It was so difficult to see her so sad and having difficulty understanding what was happening and why. Her her journey into dementia compounded this.
