Based on my father’s experience over the past 10 years, I am truly grateful for the consistent quality of care he has received. The premises are always clean and well maintained, the staff are friendly and caring, the food is good, and the medical team is highly professional. It gives me great comfort knowing he is in such good hands.

I am incredibly amazed for the exceptional care provided by BUPA Aged Care Greenacre. An elderly man was lost on the Hume Highway, and I stayed with him for 45 minutes while we waited for the police. When they contacted the aged care facility he was from, staff insisted no one was missing. Even after we got his name, they continued to deny and claimed he was in his room - he wasn’t. This man had been walking on the streets, trying to cross a major highway, completely alone and clearly confused. I’m honestly appalled.
