Great service and friendly people
My husband has been very well cared for at Bupa Greenacre. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and pleasant, and nothing is ever too much trouble. They work together so well and are always willing to assist whenever needed. The food is also very good, and it's comforting to know my husband is in such caring hands. Thank you to everyone for the kindness and support you show every day.
They will provide the elderly with the utmost care and service, ensuring a dignified retirement.
This facility has exceptional medical care and very caring and responsible staff. They have excellent food and take care of a wide variety of cultural cuisines. the lifestyle team provides excellent activities and support for residents living with Dementia. Management provide good support to residents and have a great open-door policy for any issues or concerns to raise. I have been living here almost a year now and I am enjoying my time here at Greenacre. I recommend any future residents to join this excellent facility.
I live here and i wanted to share how great the food is here there is allot of variety, I especially love the salads of an evening if i feel like something light instead of a full meal. keep up the great work kitchen team.
