This facility leaves alot to be desired. I visit a beautiful lady with dementia at the facility and act as her advocate as she has no family in Toowoomba. Many times i have complained of the state of her room not being clean. The food is very ordinary. The staff, some friendly but most do not speak English very well at all. I would not put my family member in here. The place needs a major overall all round.
Christmas Day lunch was very delicious & plentiful. Very enjoyable & the staff were very friendly & made sure we had enough to eat. Thank you so much for us to share this wonderful Christmas with my Great Aunt 🎄🎅💕
