Choosing an aged care home for a loved one is never an easy decision, but from the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed and reassured. The staff are genuinely caring, compassionate, and always treat residents and families with kindness, patience and respect. The first time I walked into the facility I could sense a homely, family environment. The staff are caring, respectful & compassionate. The team keeps me well informed and updated about my mum’s well-being. I know that I have made the best choice for my mother at Bupa Enfield. It feels like home.

Visited Bupa Enfield recently and was impressed by how well maintained the grounds and facilities were. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional, particularly Glen from the maintenance team. He was approachable, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions while ensuring everything was running smoothly. His pride in the facility really showed, and it left a great impression.
