Went for a tour to find a room for my mum, Tania was amazing . The whole experience has made it stress free in being able to secure a room with respite to start with then to purchase the room. The facilities are more like a family home not a nursing home. Highly recommend.
I had really a worst experience. Very rude nurse. She thinks like that's the only facility where we can work. I didn't have my agency id card. So, she didn't allow me to work there even though I got other id cards which proves that's me. I had to return back to without starting the shift after travelling that much time to that place.
