Horrible!. Upstairs constanty smells of urine and feces. Soups too hot, meals too hard to eat. Elevator was out of order for over a month. With no way for patients to go to ground floor. Frightening!
The special Xmas lunch for Eileen on the 24th in the private dining area was superb and the decorations were excellent
