Our Family luvs Bupa for its knowledgeable and caring staff, and this starts from the top tier through to all the staff, who provide exceptional, professional, polished service to every resident. Bupa has a Greek lifestyle co-ordinator (Angeliki), who engages whole-heartedly with the residents, I have seen her dance and sing with them - There is so much joy in this place. My Brother resides at Bupa Clayton and every time I visit him he thanks me for finding such a wonderful place for him to live.The Staff are so friendly and nothing is too much for them to help with.The centre is always clean and smells so fresh.My Brother enjoys the food and loves the staff.He enjoys the many activities that are provided.I couldn't recommend Bupa Clayton enough.And I have had a huge weight lifted off my shoulders since he has been living there.
A big thankyou to the team at Bupa Clayton. We were hesitant when placing my dad into aged care but were very happy with Bupa Clayton. The team made my dad's experience very positive and comfortable. Not only did they look after my dad the resident but also offered great support to my mum which visited daily and helped her through a difficult time. 😊
I’d like to extend my sincerest appreciation to ou new General Manager Kelly Jarrett. In less than 3 weeks Kelly has implemented noticeable changes. Kelly’s infectious enthusiasm has truly delivered on promises. Residents and their families enjoyed a wonderful Christmas lunch with live music, a delicious meal and great service from staff. The staff are very caring especially Sherrin who is at the front desk whom I rely on so much is such a great asset there at Bupa Aged care in Clayton Victoria
