I arrived here and first week was very nervous. I met a gentleman name TM and becam a good friend. After two weeks I met BG and eventually met his family as I was introduced to. Then we had trivia every afternoon and met another resident MB and GH. Four of them are very smart and intelligent. I started to do painting in first time in my life. I started to love the nursing staff and very happy here now. Miss my family in Perth but people picked me up and make me happy again.
Our Family luvs Bupa for its knowledgeable and caring staff, and this starts from the top tier through to all the staff, who provide exceptional, professional, polished service to every resident. Bupa has a Greek lifestyle co-ordinator (Angeliki), who engages whole-heartedly with the residents, I have seen her dance and sing with them - There is so much joy in this place. My Brother resides at Bupa Clayton and every time I visit him he thanks me for finding such a wonderful place for him to live.The Staff are so friendly and nothing is too much for them to help with.The centre is always clean and smells so fresh.My Brother enjoys the food and loves the staff.He enjoys the many activities that are provided.I couldn't recommend Bupa Clayton enough.And I have had a huge weight lifted off my shoulders since he has been living there.
A big thankyou to the team at Bupa Clayton. We were hesitant when placing my dad into aged care but were very happy with Bupa Clayton. The team made my dad's experience very positive and comfortable. Not only did they look after my dad the resident but also offered great support to my mum which visited daily and helped her through a difficult time. 😊
