Bupa Caufield is a special place. The staff from GM through to carers, cleaners, maintenance, kitchen staff care for the residence. They treat each issue with care, respect and efficiency. The GM would spend time with each person, they felt the love. My mother spent 6yrs there and would not be anywhere else...Thank you!
