My Dad passed away today at Caulfield Bupa. I cannot describe in words how grateful I am for the care and kindness he received from all the staff. You are all exceptional and went above and beyond. Coming into aged care was a very new and unsettling experience for myself and my husband. But after meeting the manager and all the staff at Bupa Caulfield, I now feel at peace. The experience has been very beautiful.

I had challenges and reservations of finding the right aged care provider for my mother. After having met Mel, Bonita and Stella at BUPA Caulfield I knew I found the right place for mum. All the staff made mum welcome and comfortable. Mum always comments on how clean the property is and how nice the staff are. As long as mum is happy, and she is, then BUPA Caulfield is doing a marvelous job. Thank you to all contributors.
