Great facility, with excellent staff and care. Residents are actively encouraged to join in group activities. My father-in-law is happy and more active and engaged than he has been for years. Highly recommended
Our beautiful dad is being so well cared for at Bupa Caulfield for respite. It is so comforting to have these angels on staff there. They absolutely make the place and feel like family. I wish I could remember their names. Annette, Stella..Bonita..everyone! The charming young men on staff are so kind and respectful. The food is wonderful (maybe too many sweets ! Lol) They are so knowledgeable and helping us adjust to dads changing needs. We are so grateful for their kindness and care.
Appalling, stressful and disappointing..Do not use facility for elderly care even if desperate.
My Mum spent a month here recently for respite care. It was arranged on very short notice but Mum was treated very well there and I highly recommend for respite care. The staff and management were very helpful and very friendly. They were always on time to make sure Mum was ready when they knew she had to leave the place for a visit or medical appointment. I would highly recommend if for long or short term care.
Quality age care they really care for loved one. Staff really friendly and helpful.
