The team at Bupa Bonbeach have been especially kind, tender and caring in Mum's final months, to both her and me. Team members worked cheerfully to keep Mum interested and engaged over her years at Edithvale and Bonbeach. Communication with me has been very good when Mum has been in decline. I was reassured to see and experience how much respect and affection team members had for Mum. They were genuinely saddened by her passing last week. Our family is sincerely grateful for the care Mum received at Bupa Bonbeach.

I love Bupa Bonbeach. From the GM down to the lowest of other ranks everyone greets you with a smile each time you meet up and that's not just me, that is most of the residents as well. It really is a wonderful place to retire in.

BUPA Bonbeach is clean, homely and very comfortable. The home was well maintained. The staff are professional but at the same time showed care and respect. Recently my Dad went into palliative care and we wanted him to spend his final days there rather than the hospital. The staff showed so much love and compassion that it made our grief that little bit easier. I would highly recommend this home for a loved one.

Very helpful to me answer any questions, And looked after our mum brilliantly to the end, couldn't thank them enough, the staff at bupa Aged care. Bond Beach.
