Very friendly and caring staff who often go beyond any expectations. My mother is very happy, and has created a special bond with several of the staff, after being a resident for quite a short time.. it has been a blessing beyond words.

My Mum has been living at Bupa Bonbeach for over 4 years. She is living with advanced dementia. I would just like to express my gratitude for the wonderful care she receives. The staff are so caring and kind and it gives me so much comfort, knowing that she is receiving the care she needs. The facility itself is lovely. It's always clean and bright. Such a wonderful environment. Thank you to all the staff and management.

I would like to express my thanks to Bupa Bonbeach for the care and attention shown towards my late mum. The facilities, activities, menu options and general kindnesses shown towards all their residents are a credit to all the staff and carers at this facility. I have, and would recommend Bupa Bonbeach to anyone who is looking to place their loved ones into care.
