The care here at Bupa Bexley is outstanding. There are so many improvements and activities for the residents I have seen over the almost 4 years that my Mother has been living there. Mum particularly likes the live concerts and dance performances. Therapy dogs are also a favourite with Mum. The meals and snacks are plentiful. Most importantly is that I'm updated regularly about any changes or concerns with Mum. Excellent job by the staff in this at times challenging industry.

Enjoyed a really great experience at Bupa bexley today. They invited families to attend meals with residents to try the new menus so mum and I joined dad. I expected we would sit at the large table with all the residents but instead The dining room was set up like a small restaurant with small tables, flowers, menus and table cloths. The staff acted as waiters. The food was fantastic and even the GM and head chef came to our table to check all was well. Such a kind, warm and community feeling. Well done Bupa bexley. Dan

My dad, Wesley "David" Unwin, was a resident at Bupa Aged Care Bexley for the last 18 months of his life, and it very quickly became a place he truly called home. In later life, Dad lived with significant pain and physical decline, but his mind remained sound. From the beginning, all the staff (RNs, personal care workers, cleaners, catering staff etc, etc) at Bupa Bexley recognised and respected dad as a person. My father moved to Bupa Bexley in 2024. He was made to feel valued and welcomed and it quickly became his home. The care and support he received whilst living there was exceptional. They became his second family and we are so grateful for the love, compassion and kindness he experienced living there. Thank you to all the staff at Bupa Bexley
