My uncle stayed at Bupa Bexley for respite care, and his partner was a permanent resident until she sadly passed away. During their time at the home, the staff did everything they possibly could to ensure their comfort and wellbeing. The level of care they received was consistently excellent. Mum has been in care for 6 weeks and during this time has been well cared for by staff at this aged care facility. Communication has been good and staff are caring, with mums needs being met.

Our hearts are full of gratitude for the incredible care our beloved mother and mother-in-law received at Bupa Bexley. From the very beginning, every staff member — from administration to the nurses and carers — showed her not just professionalism, but genuine love, tenderness, and respect. They made what could have been a frightening and difficult time feel safe, calm, and full of warmth. When she passed, the staff created a small memorial in her room. Having been a visitor many times, I have always witnessed so much love and care for each resident. Sam is so incredibly patient with every person and she knows them so well. It is a very welcoming place
